Towards the end of November this year GTL Resources shares fell to 2.5P and then fire again to € 1.90. Why??

Around in late November this year was watching the actions and resources GTL plummeted throughout 2.5P (see link in the table of stock prices and select period 3 months: http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=GTL.L&t=3m.) I use a fancy tool Stock Trader and bought 3500 pounds worth of shares. I've done a "fantasy" profit of around £ 300k. I wanted to know why it happened this part plummet as there is no news related to this and Yahoo Finance has not even registered a fall in the range of 52 weeks of the population of GTL. Could someone explain? Somthing this dramatic should have some news related to it!?
