Need a software that can analyze data in real time from a webpage?

I need direct input from a web page for mathematical functions instantly without having to manually enter in Excel. I'm trying to type things in the percentage change and its classification in the general list, For example, if the price of sugar fell compared with cotton, or if some components of the Dow Jones Industrial goes in the opposite direction of the majority, and if so, going against the tide and which has the largest percent stock price increase / decrease or alternatively, that the stock is up on a list special ten, and where it is now classified compared to when it began trading for the day (it moved into the # 1 most advanced or still in number 3 and only move the same as everyone else, etc..) This is not really about the stock, but only used as an example (as need to maintain the character confidential business) could have used the rate of temperature change in large cities as an example.
