Day trading is still a profession more attractive because it is one of the few professions that allow you to be autonomous and completely independent of the chiefs, employees and even customers. It is also a profession that can easily be done from home. All you need is a computer and high speed access to the Internet.

However, Day Trading is also one of the most difficult professions, with a failure rate estimated by most to be at least 90%. The main reason for this high rate of failure is that most new day traders start with little capital, and the expectation of paying their bills with their operating profits. Another important reason for this high rate of failure is that most new entrants start without a game plan or coherent trade strategy.

Due the nature of financial markets as one of the few ways an individual can make a lot of money in a short period of time, there is a considerable amount of trade information that is forced down the throats of new entrants. Much of this information is usually the typical package of indicators that can indicate whether an action or the market is overbought / oversold, or some kind of pattern of prices or price / volume that can identify a favorable moment for trade. There also the more radical type of information based on Elliott Wave, Fibonacci, cycles and even astronomy.

However, rarely can read all the information that provides a strategy for identifying a market to trade, where trade, the amount of capital at risk, when the output when trade goes against you, when profit-taking, etc. Once you are provided with the indicator of magic, they are forced to come up with this information on their own.

Well, here are some tips for successful trading day.

2. When you start day trading, keep your initial goals modest profit, and never start a Day Trading, no other means income to pay bills.

For example, trade only in the direction of the underlying trend market for the day, and confirmed trend, with indicators such as the advance decline ratio, Trin, Tick, and the performance of all the major indexes.

7. Search price patterns on daily charts that can indicate a directional bias for the election market, trading in the sense that the bias.

8. Avoid having operations in the first 15 minutes after the market opened. This is amateur hour. The true direction of the market is operating normally be revealed after this period of negotiation.

9. Make sure your strategy adjusts the size of their position to account changes in market volatility. As volatility increases, the smaller the size of your position, and as it falls, increasing the size of their position.

These are only a few tips worth considering as engage in Day Trading. Remember, there is no perfect strategy to pay 100% of the time. However, if you develop a strategy that puts the odds in your favor, and you can stick with it in the long run, you should find yourself to be profitable in the long run.
